How does Luciq calculate DAU?

Luciq takes the higher value between third-party app store data and first-party SDK telemetry. We review your rolling 6-month average usage twice a year.

What happens if I exceed my usage limits?

Luciq looks at your average usage over time, not just daily spikes. We price by DAU tiers to provide more price consistency. If your average DAU consistently exceeds your current tier we’ll reach out to discuss moving to the next tier.

What hosting options are available?

We have a global footprint. We have options to pin your data in geographies across the globe.

What support is included in the plan?

All Enterprise plans include standard technical support with pre-defined SLAs. Advanced support options include named contacts, enhanced SLAs and 24/7 coverage.
